TEAM
Tracey Kira is the founder and Chief Growth Officer at ExecConnect. She is a dynamic and accomplished sales leader with more than 20 years' experience.
Throughout her career she has secured more than $2 Billion in contract value. She has experience working with businesses of all sizes to set up the sales function. generate leads, build relationships with C-Suite decision makers, secure business within the Public and private sectors and expand into new markets.
Prior to establishing ExecConnect, Tracey was Corporate Director at the South Australian Business Chamber supporting more than 3000 businesses across South Australia. She is a large deal expert and has previously worked as National Director at ManpowerGroup, Client Solutions Director at CBRE, National Bids Manager at the Adecco Group and Pursuit Manager at Ernst & Young, As well as holding several other marketing and public relations roles as a junior.
Tracey holds a Graduate Diploma in Communication Management from the University of Technology, Sydney, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Melbourne.
